I've just received an email from someone who forwarded advice from BVA on the Panorama programme which goes "...we are bracing ourselves and wanted to let you know that we’ve put up advice on the following page http://www.bva.co.uk/1934.aspx and this now includes key messages to various audiences..." There's a link to a document on the public section of the site for those who wish to view it.

My own view on this is that any practice that manages to deliver both excellence and choice to its clients can afford to feel relaxed about the Panorama programme. If anyone comments on it I'd be inclined not to make too much of it, tell them that if there was anything that they were not happy about in your own practice you'd like to know about it, and thank them for any feedback they give you.
