Customer: " Can I have some Frontline for small dogs please?"
Assistant: Places pack on counter asking, "have you used it before?"
Customer: "Yes"

  So many chemists now sellling pet products - I am assuming the actual product is Frontline which is NFA-VPS rather than Frontline Combo which is POM-V

  Yes, it was an NFA-VPS. If it was not sold by an SQP then it should have been. If it was sold by an SQP they were not doing their job.
