Join our photo competition – We want to see your festive practice, whether it’s your decorated reception or your dedicated team in Christmas jumpers!
Every practice that enters the competition will receive a free International Cat Care calendar, and one lucky practice will win our amazing main prize!

How to participate:
- Take a photo of your Christmas festive practice
- Follow us on Twitter (@AgriapetUK) or like us on Facebook (Agria Pet Insurance UK)
- Send in your photo by tagging Agria and using hashtag: #AgriaXmasVet – OR direct message us your photo. Remember to include you practice name!
- Each week we’ll post examples of photos we receive, and the winner will be drawn and announced in January.

1. The competition is open to UK Practices 4th December 09.00 to 24th December 17.00. Any photos received outside of the date and time specified will not be included. Employees of Agria Pet Insurance Limited or the Kennel Club and customers in the Channel Islands are excluded from entry.
2. To be eligible for the competition you must submit the photo through Agria Pet Insurance Facebook or Twitter pages following the instructions. The winner will be announced via Social Media. Agria Pet Insurance will send you a direct message and ask for your contact details if you are selected in the top 5 best photos. Persons who enter the competition must be aged 18 or over, there can only be 1 photo entry per Vet Practice and you cannot enter the same photo twice. This competition will allow for a maximum of 1 photo per practice.
3. All Eligible applications received by the closing date of 24th December 2014 will be entered into the competition. The top 5 photos will be selected by Agria Pet Insurance staff, and the winner will be randomly drawn from the top 5. The winner will be announced during the month of January 2015. Once contact details have been confirmed by the winner the prize will be delivered direct to the winners given address within 5 weeks from the announcement. If the winner does not give their details within 7 days of the announcement, we will have to select another winner.
4. All practices entering the competition will receive a free 2015 calendar from International Cat Care, however this is subject to availability. One winner will receive the main prize. The prize includes;

5. The prize cannot be exchanged, replaced or substituted for its monetary value.
6. The winner(s) may be required to take part in further publicity arising from the competition subject to their agreement. E.G. providing us with a quote from PR purposes.
7. If, in our reasonable discretion, we consider that it is unreasonable for the competition to proceed, whether due to some administrative error or otherwise, then we may declare the competition void.
8. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Our sponsors are not contactable for any information regarding this competition. The sponsors include: Your Cat, Our Dogs, Vet Supplies Magazine, Vet Times, International Cat Care and VetMart.
10. Agria reserves right to use photos sent to us on our own terms. Any offensive, inappropriate or otherwise harmful photos will be removed from our sites and reported to the relevant site management. Pet safety is a priority. We strongly discourage any photos that will harm the animal or anyone participating in any way.
