CVS has announced that its out-of-hours services will be branded CVS Vets 24/7, creating a clearer and more consistent identity for emergency and overnight veterinary care across its UK network.
The new name reflects CVS' commitment to providing accessible, high-quality veterinary care whenever pets need it, while strengthening awareness of the dedicated emergency and out-of-hours services available to both CVS practices and referring veterinary practices.
The service was previously branded MiNightVet and provided overnight and emergency care for pets, supporting veterinary practices by ensuring continuity of care outside normal opening hours. As part of the transition to CVS Vets 24/7, clients and veterinary professionals can expect the same experienced teams, clinical expertise and round-the-clock service, delivered under a brand that more clearly aligns with the wider CVS veterinary network.
The 24/7 brand will make it easier for pet owners and veterinary professionals to identify and access out-of-hours services, while reinforcing the connection between first opinion, emergency and referral care within CVS.

The new brand will be rolled out across CVS out-of-hours sites, communications and digital channels by the end of August.
The new identity will help strengthen recognition of emergency services while supporting closer integration across the group's first opinion, out-of-hours and referral networks.
