SPVS and VMG are again running their popular Focus on Practice Finance CPD day on Wednesday 26th June 2019 at the Ricoh Arena, Coventry.

Ticket prices are just £130 for SPVS and VMG members, and £185 for non-members.

With a wealth of different speakers spread across two streams, catering for different members of the practice team with different finance backgrounds and experience, don’t miss out on bringing a second team member for only £50.

The day will include a look at Financial SWOT Analysis and show delegates how to produce one, before moving on to, among other things, EBITDA and how to quick fix and plan for the long term; Pricing for Profit; Delivering Exceptional Performance with Empowering KPIs; and how employing a stock control administrator can save you money. There will be plenty of real case studies, from making Vet2Vet telemedicine profitable for your practice; to current opportunities in innovation and how and when to embrace this within veterinary practice.

Speakers include Tracey Morley Jewkes, Willows Referral Service & Veterinary Centre; Anita Bates, Vetshare and MiVetClub; Dr Guen Bradbury & Dr Greg Dickens, Innovia Technology, Alan Robinson, Vet Dynamics; Nuala Summerfield and Rafe Garvin, Virtual Vet Specialists, Lynne Gaskarth, Drove Vets and Mark Harwood, Hazlewoods.

The day will also include a focused exhibition that allows for meaningful conversations with those suppliers who really understand your business.
