The Veterinary Marketing Association (VMA) has announced that Paralympic icon and world record holder, Danny Crates, is to host its flagship annual awards event at the Lancaster Hotel in London in March.
VMA Chair Claire Edmunds is thrilled with the announcement: “Danny is widely considered one of the greatest British disability athletes of all-time. In a glittering career he won every major title including the Paralympic World Cup.
“Since retiring from international athletics Danny has built a reputation as a leading motivational/inspirational speaker, delivering keynote presentations around the world.
“With around 350 veterinary and animal health marketing professionals attending this prestigious event, we’re delighted that he will be hosting our guests this year,” adds Claire.
The VMA has also announced that all entries and table reservations can now be made electronically, at www.vma.org.uk “With our brand new website it’s now really simple to enter or book a table or seat for the awards!
“We have 16 awards spanning all aspects of veterinary marketing, including Young Marketer of the year, and the event is open to everyone to enter and attend, including members and non-members of the VMA. So whether you work in practice or industry, this is an event not to be missed!” she concludes.
The last date for entry submissions is 10th February, and 31st January for the Young Marketer award. The event takes place at 12pm on Friday 17th March 2017.
