This seminar explores what motivates and how, as leaders of the business we can create a motivated team.
The day covers the following;
· What motivates people - understanding where motivation comes from and how to tune into what motivates individuals to get the most out of a team dynamic.
· How leaders can influence their outcomes - explores why some people are great and will sacrifice for others and how we can influence and create like minded team members
· The science behind motivation - takes a look at the biology behind it all and demonstrates what we need to do in order to meet our business goals effectively.
· The strengths in play - examines what our strengths are as individuals and within our business and how they can really help us progress and explores the issues that can occur if those strengths are overused, giving guidance on getting it right.
· Visualising objectives - works with a number of tools to help you communicate your objectives effectively.
· Five fat factors of motivation - gives you a framework to ensure your team can be inspired to reach their goal.
· Finally there will be a section on how to progress with your practice team and guidance on running sessions with the team back in practice to make practical use of the information from the workshop, with a number of practical helpful tools for you to download and use after this seminar.
