What a fabby Congress....I mean it was supposed to be work for heavens sake!!

Tracey Killen, HR Director of John Lewis and wife of Richard Killen (Highcroft Vets) got things off to a flying start with her inspirational keynote presentation. How they do things in John Lewis and why they so them that way would leave no-one in any doubt whatsoever as to where they need to focus efforts in their own businesses....her speech was packed full of golden nuggets of inspiration and advice. First class lady. First class business.

No only can it be done, it SHOULD be done!!
