Zoetis Introduces Equine Parasite Control Masterclass Webinar Series
Zoetis Ltd today announced that it is hosting a masterclass series of equine parasitology webinars, presented by Professor Jacqui Matthews, RCVS Recognised Specialist in Parasitology, and Dr Wendy Talbot Zoetis RCVS and European Specialist in Internal Medicine. The five CPD sessions are aimed at SQPs/RAMAs, vets and vet nurses to help all anthelmintic prescribers navigate the new guidelines in a unified way.
Professor Jacqui Matthews and Dr Wendy Talbot, who is the National Equine Veterinary Manager at Zoetis, will demystify seasonal parasite challenges, share best practices, and tackle real-world case scenarios submitted by prescribers.
“Whether you’re seeking practical solutions, up-to-date guidance, or a deeper understanding of how SQPs and vets can work together for optimal horse health, this series is your go-to resource,” said Wendy.
Each session will provide actionable advice, an interactive Q&A, and the latest insights to empower confident, sustainable prescribing. There will be collaborative discussion, expert answers, questions and opportunities to share experiences and learn from peers. Speakers will discuss real-life cases, and the best practice approach based on the individual scenario to help prescribers make more confident prescribing decisions.
SQPs/RAMAs, vets and vet nurses are invited to send details of any cases they would like to be discussed during the webinars to wendy.talbot@zoetis.com at least 4 weeks prior to each webinar. (Please note: for those submitting a case, there’s no obligation to speak during the webinar as the speakers will discuss submission).
