Purina will be at London Vet Show (LVS) on stand P20 with a focus on CPD and details of two significant CPD events in the lead up to the festive season. On the stand, Purina will be showcasing the new, refreshed Purina Vet Centre which offers a generous 180 hours of free CPD with topics for every member of the practice team. Also on offer is a new, educational virtual reality game that explores the gut, in addition to giveaways and speciality coffees. Every registrant to the Vet Centre at London Vet Show can enter a free prize draw to win one of five £50 Amazon vouchers.* On 26^th November there will be another chance to see a webinar on the comprehensive management of feline CKD and there is an online nurse symposium available on the 11^th December.

Vet Centre now offers access to a wide range of scientific publications, point of care calculators and clinical tools, including a water calculator and feeding calculator which creates personalised feeding guides. It promises to be a valuable resource, both in terms of providing free CPD content but also as a beneficial aid in day to day practice.
Back by popular demand is a repeat of a webinar entitled Comprehensive Management of Feline CKD with Ohio State’s Vice Chair of Research, Dr Jessica Quimby DVM, PhD, DACVIM and Board Certified Veterinary Nutritionist on Dr Lindsey Bullen on 26^th November at 7.30 pm.

On 11^th December Purina Pro Plan® will host an online Vet Nurse Symposium 2024, providing 6.5 hours of CPD on diverse topics such as adverse reactions to food, probiotics, managing complex client needs and using clinical tools effectively.
