Mel Young, Vice Principal of Academic Studies (Non-Veterinary), commented, ‘"We have created this new series of leadership and management webinars in recognition of the fact that, whilst many people working in a leadership role in practice have exceptional clinical skills, they have often ascended into leadership roles without formal training in management; our webinars aim to bridge that gap. For 10 years now, we have successfully provided ILM Leadership & Management qualifications for the veterinary industry, and these webinars are an extension of our commitment to enhancing professional development in this area. They offer a flexible and accessible way to sharpen leadership skills and address specific challenges. We believe that effective leadership is crucial, and we are excited to support veterinary professionals in becoming confident, prepared leaders."
Each webinar is priced at £20+VAT and can be booked through via the CAW website. The College is committed to continuing to develop continuing professional development courses that span the needs of the veterinary profession.
