The first webinar will take place in May with subsequent webinars running through to February 2025. The series has been designed to help veterinary team leaders tackle a plethora of key leadership and management challenges; from effective communication and harmonising the workplace to operational excellence and mastering meetings. Each webinar is three hours long and comes with a CPD certificate on completion.
The schedule is as follows:

- 12/02/25 – Decoding Problems: Effective techniques for problem solving

Each webinar is priced at £20+VAT and can be booked through via the CAW website. The College is committed to continuing to develop continuing professional development courses that span the needs of the veterinary profession.
