ID:	55800 SPVS are delighted to announce a programme of online CPD events for Autumn 2021 covering topics such as QI, law, profitability, marketing and IT security. For registration and further information on each course, visit spvs.org.uk

Join them on 23 and 24 November for a series of four live and interactive practical workshops involving different aspects of successful practice leadership, kindly supported by Boehringer Ingelheim:
  1. HR and legal advice from Citation and Rubric Law
  2. Achieving long term profitability with Mark Harwood from Hazlewoods
  3. Content marketing with Andrew Rastall, Connected Vet
  4. Cyber Security from Jack Peploe, Our IT Services
In addition to the SPVS member discounts on offer, delegates can sign up for one at a great price or register for all four for a fantastic discount.

On 1 December, SPVS will be joined by Pam Mosedale and Amelia Poole from RCVS Knowledge for a full-day live, interactive online CPD on Quality Improvement.

Pam will start with an introduction to ‘QI’, then cover the clinical audit, checklists and systems, looking at why errors occur, and how to run a successful, no blame, ‘significant event’ audit.

For each event, there will be opportunities to share experiences with other delegates, pick up lots of useful information and practical tips and understand how to apply these to your practice.

On 4th December the first of a series of four free webinars for SPVS Members, hosted by Brian Faulkner, will start with ‘Simple but effective KPIs’. This webinar will look at how to calculate KPIs for 4 core outcomes and provide actual numbers to benchmark your practice’s performance against others.

SPVS are also partnering with VMG on 18 November for a live and interactive online workshop dedicated to improving wellbeing for both your practice team and yourself.

Covering the importance of positive workplace culture, teamwork and wellness for all, this 4-hour workshop led by Dan Tipney and Helen Silver-McMahon from VetLed will provide a practical and achievable ‘toolbox’ of takeaways to implement in practice.
