Our service enables every practice in the U.K. to provide their clients with an easy and secure way to reorder & pay for medications and services from their vets - and have them delivered straight to their door or for (contactless) collection. Unlike other home delivery services, OurVet.Shop™ puts the practice in control. It’s available to any practice, no matter what practice management system they use, or which healthcare provider they are with. Practices decide their product catalogue including all parasiticides, to chronic medications and pet food. We understand that they do not want to be limited to particular products or individual manufacturers.

OurVet.Shop™ can even be used to take payment for services, such as telephone or video consultations. They even decide how they want to manage client delivery charges and how to treat loyal health care plan customers. With the flexibility of one-off ordering, clients aren’t forced to sign up to a 12-month subscription with an unknown third party. Since no two practices are the same, no two OurVet.Shop™ services will be the same. Naturally, OurVet.Shop™ integrates with iRecallŪ to create a truly individualised experience for the client, as well as seamlessly interfacing with the practice management system for an enhanced workflow for the practice team. And as you would expect from Virtual Recall, the whole service is tailored to the practice’s brand and personalised to every client and their pets.
