The 2019 graduate intake has been the highest so far and, despite Brexit, there have been plenty of applications from Europe. Since 2014, IVC Evidensia has been there to support its graduates with its industry leading Graduate Academy.

Offering bespoke CPD, a £5000 Graduate Academy Payment (GAP) in the first two years, personal and clinical mentors, events with peers and a very competitive pay structure, it’s no surprise that the IVC Evidensia Graduate Academy has gone from 15 graduates in its first year to over 220 in the 2019 intake. And with a brand new, 100% Farm Graduate Academy new for 2019, they have even more to offer.
