Customer experience is really important to us, and we are always striving to improve upon customer feedback. This is why we have introduced Trustpilot to allow our customers to engage with us by reviewing the experience they’ve had, and so far it’s been excellent!

In the recent months we have introduced new ways to improve the service we offer in our contact centre as well as improvements to our website – all from customer feedback. In addition to this, the positive feedback has enabled us to recognise our agents individually for the excellent service they provide to our customers”

Excellent no quibble service
My working cocker injured herself in the field at a weekend. Agria promptly supported and paid for the out of hours vets fees. Now all four of my cockers are insured with Agria.
Agria are the best by far!
Having owned and insured cats, dogs and a horse at various times over the past 30 years we have had various insurers. We have also unfortunately had to make substantial claims. Even in this modern cost cutting environment Agria have given us excellent and efficient service. By far the most understanding and customer friendly company with whom we have had to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone particularly the breeding risks cover which I feel is unsurpassed.
