Delegates at next month’s London Vet Show (LVS) can win a total prize fund of CPD worth £4349+VAT, says exhibitor and leading CPD provider, The Webinar Vet.
The company says it is giving away a year’s free diamond membership (worth £2500+VAT); a year’s free platinum membership (worth £1500+VAT); and a free ticket to its 5th Virtual Congress, to be held in January 2017 (worth £349+VAT).
To enter the competition, delegates just need to visit the Webinar Vet LVS exhibition stand, E30 and enter the prize draw, says Webinar Vet founder, Anthony Chadwick MRCVS. “Our LVS stand will have a futuristic look, showcasing exciting developments and the shape of things to come around the future of the Veterinary profession,” he notes.
The company has also announced that it is adopting a ‘One4One’ initiative on tickets to its 2017 Virtual Congress, to help vets in developing countries: “The One4One scheme means that for every delegate ticket purchased, we will donate a ticket to a vet in a developing country.
“Our mission is to make making veterinary education affordable and accessible to vets worldwide, and this is our way of putting something back into the profession,” explains Anthony.
The whole congress attracted more than 3000 delegates from over 50 countries to its 2016 event, says Anthony, with its top line-up of speakers from around the world, including Mike Herrtage, Sarah Heath, Ian Ramsey, covering topics such as endocrinology, behaviour, exotics, neurology and ophthalmology.
“2017 it is set to be the biggest and best yet,” says Anthony. “With approximately 40 hours of veterinary CPD, along with small animal topics we also have farm animal, equine and business sessions too, covering a wealth of topics, so you really can get your year’s CPD requirements in one weekend!” he adds.
