The London Vet Show’s hugely popular business programme has been announced for this year’s event, which takes place at ExCeL London on Thursday 17 and Friday 18 November.

The programme features key opinion leaders from the veterinary industry and consists of a plethora of topics that can help veterinary professionals enhance their veterinary teams, develop their business and increase profits.

It includes: ‘The six Ws of customer service’ by Alison Lambert, managing director of Onswitch; ‘Five proven strategies for practice growth’ by Alan Robinson, director of Vet Dynamics; ‘Practice design- how to make the best use of space in your veterinary practice’ by James Steggles, managing director of Brightstar Veterinary; ‘Multi-channel digital marketing – finding the right mix for you’ by Susie Samuel, managing director of VetHelpDirect and ‘The 3Ps of financial productivity in the consultation room’ by Brian Faulkner, clinician, consultant and confidence coach at The Colourful Consultancy.

“The business programme at the London Vet Show provides delegates with forward-thinking advice and innovative hints and tips from some of the country’s leading veterinary business leaders to help veterinary professionals develop and enhance their business,” comments Rob Chapman, group event director of the London Vet Show and France Vet.

Alison Lambert summed up why Onswitch are keen to support the event: "Whenever our team plan the forthcoming year's shows, the London Vet Show is always first to go on the list; the breadth of the business programme and the diversity of delegate interests always deliver a great return on our investment. We are delighted to be invited to deliver a lecture every year and, true to our core Innovation value, the content and scope is always fresh and relevant. The team and I are looking forward to seeing friends old and new at ExCeL London in November.“
